Parimal Suklabaidya Laid Foundation stone of 10 developmental projects under Barajalenga Block Development

Minister inaugurates projects of Rs.1 crore 4 lakh 93 thousand 845 in one day

June 22: Assam Forest & Environment Minister Parimal Suklabaidya inaugurated ten key development projects and laid the foundation stones of various projects schemes in his own Dholai Constituency under Borjalenga Development Block on Saturday. The Projects include Construction of CC Block, Boundary wall and Iron Structure and Earth Filling, improved and upgraded water reservoir under NRDWP (National Rural Drinking water programme).

Speaking during the occasion at the Harinagar Community Hall of Irongmara GP, Minister Suklabaidya said a total of 10 development projects under the 14th Finance Commission have been launched. He requested the officials of the steering committee to ensure that the work is of high quality. He further said that these works should be completed within three months. Minister Suklabaidya also effusively praised Narendra Modi and Sonowal led state government and said many visionary initiatives were being taken up by the government for the development of rural infrastructure and many other developmental works.

Present during the occasion were West Dholai ZPC Lakshmi Rani Yadav, Anjana Paul BDO of Borjalenga Block Development, Subudh Das, Regional Panchayat President of Borjalenga Block Development, BJP Borjalenga Block Mandal President Sushil Ranjan Dhar, Cachar District BJP executive member Dhruva Bhattacharya, Irongmara GP President Prabir Bhattacharya, Borjalenga GP President Pratibha Rani Roy, AP Member Bulti Dev, among others.
