Assam University to Host 28th National Youth Leadership Camp

ওয়ে টু বরাক, ৩০ নভেম্বর : আগামী ২৬ ডিসেম্বর থেকে আসাম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে ২৮তম জাতীয় সংহতি ও যুব নেতৃত্ব শিবির শুরু হচ্ছে৷ বিষয় থাকছে ‘সোনালি ভারতের জন্য যুবাদের ক্ষমতায়ন৷ সেন্ট্ৰাল ক্যালকাটা সায়েন্স অ্যান্ড কালচার অৰ্গানাইজেশন ফর ইয়ুথের উদ্যোগে আয়োজিত এই শিবিরে সহযোগিতায় হাত বাড়িয়ে দিয়েছে অসম সরকার, নৰ্থ ইস্ট কাউন্সিল ও আসাম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়৷

আয়োজক সংগঠনের মুখ্য সাধারণ সম্পাদক নিমাই চন্দ্ৰ প্ৰামাণিক জানিয়েছেন, আসাম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে আয়োজিত এই শিবিরে শুধু ১৮ থেকে ২২ বছর বয়সের কলেজ ও বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের পড়ুয়ারাই অংশ নিতে পারবেন৷ নিজ নিজ শিক্ষা প্ৰতিষ্ঠানের প্ৰধানদের দিয়ে প্ৰত্যয়িত করিয়ে অংশগ্ৰহণকারীদের রেজিস্ট্ৰেশন ফৰ্ম জমা দেওয়ার শেষ তারিখ ৮ ডিসেম্বর৷ রেজিস্ট্রেশন করতে কোনও টাকা লাগবে না। ফৰ্ম জমা দিতে হবে আয়োজক সংগঠনের ইমেলে – nic.98@rediffmail.com৷

তিনি জানান, ২৪ ডিসেম্বর থেকেই শিবিরে যোগ দেওয়ার পর্ব শুরু হয়ে যাবে৷ শিবির চলবে প্ৰতিদিন সকাল ন’টা থেকে বিকেল সাড়ে চারটা পৰ্যন্ত৷ তাই অংশগ্রহণকারীদের মধ্যে যাদের বাড়ি পঞ্চাশ কিলোমিটারের মধ্যে, তারা দিনের শেষে বাড়ি চলে যেতে পারবেন। বেশি দূরত্বের হলে শিবিরে থাকতে হবে। এক্ষেত্রে বিছানা ও অন্যান্য সামগ্রী নিজেদেরই আনতে হবে।

শিবিরে যেসব বিষয়ে প্ৰশিক্ষণ দেওয়া হবে তারমধ্যে রয়েছে যোগব্যায়াম, অনুশীলন, আত্মরক্ষা, সঙ্গীত, নৃত্য, আবৃত্তি, খেলাধুলা, ক্যারিয়ার গাইডেন্স ইত্যাদি৷ শিবির চলাকালীন বিভিন্ন বিষয়ের ওপর জাতীয় স্তরের আলোচনাচক্রেরও আয়োজন করা হয়েছে৷ এছাড়াও ২৭ ডিসেম্বর থেকে ২৯ ডিসেম্বর পৰ্যন্ত নাটক ও সৃজনশীল নৃত্যের ওপর সাংস্কৃতিক কৰ্মশালাও আয়োজিত হবে৷ বিজ্ঞান প্রদর্শনী আয়োজিত হবে ২৮ ডিসেম্বর থেকে ৩০ ডিসেম্বর পৰ্যন্ত৷ এই সময় ন্যাশনাল হেলথ মিশনের সহযোগিতায় স্বাস্থ্যমেলারও আয়োজন করা হবে৷

Way2barak, November 30 : The 28th National Integration and Youth Leadership Camp is set to begin at Assam University on 26 December. The theme of the camp is “Empowerment of Youth for Golden India.” The camp is being organised by the Central Calcutta Science and Culture Organization for Youth, with support from the Government of Assam, the North Eastern Council and Assam University.

Nimai Chandra Pramanik, the Chief General Secretary of the organising body, informed that only college and university students aged between 18 and 22 years will be eligible to participate in the camp. Participants must submit their registration forms—certified by the heads of their respective institutions—by 8 December. No registration fee is required. Forms must be submitted to the organiser’s email: nic.98@rediffmail.com.

He further stated that participants may start joining from 24 December. The camp will run daily from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Participants residing within 50 kilometres will be allowed to return home at the end of the day. Those coming from farther distances will have to stay at the camp, and in such cases, they must bring their own bedding and other personal items.

The camp will provide training in yoga, physical exercise, self-defence, music, dance, recitation, sports and career guidance, among other activities. National-level panel discussions on various topics will also be organised during the camp. Additionally, cultural workshops on drama and creative dance will be held from 27 to 29 December. A science exhibition will be organised from 28 to 30 December. During this period, a health fair will also be held with the support of the National Health Mission.
