None found Covid+ve in Karimganj & Hailakandi on Friday

Dec. 3: Hailakandi is gradually inching towards a Covid free district. On Friday too , Hailakandi registered no new COVID-19 case. The district has altogether 02 active COVID-19 cases. During the day, 447 RAT tests and 48 RT-PCR tests were done. No patients were discharged during the day. With this, the district tally of Covid cases has now reached 7,923 (both 1st & 2nd wave).

As of now, a total of 4,494 patients were discharged. It needs mention here that no person was found positive in Hailakandi on Thursday. Till date, 51 persons died due to Covid-19 in Hailakandi district.  A total of 3,921 persons were vaccinated on Friday.

Karimganj registered no fresh COVID cases on Friday. The district has currently 09 active COVID cases, while no patient was discharged from hospitals and home isolation on Friday. 552 swab samples were collected during the day. It needs mention here that no persons were detected positive in Karimganj on Thursday.
