None found Covid +ve in Hailakandi on Wednesday, 2 discharged

Sept. 1: Hailakandi is gradually inching towards a Covid free district. On Wednesday, Hailakandi registered no new COVID-19 cases. The district has altogether 09 active COVID-19 cases. During the day, 830 RAT tests and 88 RT-PCR tests were done. 02 patients were discharged during the day. With this, the district tally of Covid cases has now reached 7,873 (both 1st & 2nd wave).

As of now, a total of 4,441 patients were discharged. It needs mention here that 02 persons were found positive in Hailakandi on Sunday. Till date, 51 persons died due to Covid-19 in Hailakandi district. Further, during the day, 3,619 persons were administered Covid-19 vaccines.
