None found Covid positive in Hailakandi on Sunday

Oct. 17: Hailakandi is gradually inching towards a Covid free district. On Sunday, Hailakandi registered no new COVID-19 case. The district has altogether 07 active COVID-19 cases. During the day, 100 RAT tests and 17 RT-PCR tests were done. No patient was discharged during the day. With this, the district tally of Covid cases has now reached 7,901 (both 1st & 2nd wave).

As of now, a total of 4,471 patients were discharged. It needs mention here that no patient was found positive in Hailakandi on Saturday. Till date, 51 persons died due to Covid-19 in Hailakandi district.
