New Executive Officer of Hailakandi Municipal Board takes over charge

Sept.10: Circle Officer, Hailakandi, Tridib Roy handed over the charge of Executive Officer, Hailakandi Municipal Board to Additional Deputy Commissioner, Deepmala Goala. As per the order of the Deputy Commissioner, Hailakandi issued on Tuesday, Roy handed over the charge to Goala here on Thursday.

Roy extended his thanks to all municipality employees and safai karmis during his tenure as Executive Officer of the municipal board enabling him to clear age-old encroachments in Herbertganj bazaar area and also catapulting Hailakandi municipality to No.1 position in Assam in the just concluded Swachh Survekshan 2020. Roy also thanked the ex ward commissioners for extending their cooperation during his tenure as Executive Officer.
