National Lok Adalat to be held in Cachar on March 8

way2barak, Feb 6 : The District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Cachar, is set to organize the National Lok Adalat on March 8, 2025, at the District Court Campus, Silchar, starting from 9:30 AM onwards. This significant initiative aims to facilitate amicable settlements of pending and pre-litigation cases, offering a golden opportunity for disputing parties to resolve their matters swiftly and effectively.

A wide range of cases will be taken up, including Civil Cases, Special Electricity Cases, GR Cases, PRC Cases (Compoundable), NI Act Cases, Motor Vehicle Act Cases, Matrimonial Cases, MACT Cases, and more. Additionally, pre-litigation cases related to APDCL, BSNL, and various banks will also be considered for settlement.
