Moderate to heavy rain for two days in Assam

February 27: As per weather forecast report, moderate to heavy rain will be witnessed by Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura for the next 24 hours.

Indian Meteorological Department report stated that the weather in the three districts of Barak Valley (Cachar, Karimganj and Hailakandi) will generally be cloudy with a few spells of rain and thundershowers.

The Meteorological department has forecast more than 20 mm of rain during the 12-hour span in Meghalaya and Assam on Wednesday and Thursday.

On 28 February, Barak Valley will witness a maximum temperature of 22 degree and minimum of 13 degree.
