Man arrested along with suspected heroin at Lakhipur

March 18: Based on a source input, SDPO Lakhipur along with cops from Lakhipur Police Station intercepted a drug peddler at Bedam Basti, Lalang under Lakhipur PS and recovered eight soap cases containing 104 grams of suspected heroin from the possession of a man identified as Charimul Hoque Laskar, S/O. Acham Uddin Laskar, a resident of Dakshin Mohanpur Part-5, Kochudgaram.

Accordingly, the suspected heroin was seized and the accused person was apprehended. Further follow up action has been initiated against the accused.
