8 +ve cases detected from 4 districts in Assam, total mounts to 199

May 21: Once again, new coronavirus positive cases were reported from Assam. Eight more persons were tested positive, which would take the COVID-19 tally to 199 in the state. However, the number of active cases is Assam is 138. The following is the break up of the 8 cases detected on Thursday evening:

• Kokrajhar:  03 new cases
• Sivsagar:   02 new cases
• Dhubri:      01 new cases
• Dibrugarh: 01 new case
