Leo Club of Silchar Central organises live session with National Gold Medalist in Muay Thai Boxing

August 30: On the occasion of National Sports Day, Leo Club of Silchar Central organised an interactive session as part of their successful online event ‘PARICHAY’, a platform to introduce the unsung heros of Silchar. This time the guest of the Leo’s was Ayushman Mukherjee, who was a National Gold Medalist in Muay Thai Boxing and also represented India in World Championship. Leo Abhishek Chakraborty was the moderator of this session.

Expressing her reaction, Leo Ananya Pandit said, “It was a small effort from our side to spread his story to a greater audience so that people can know about him. During the interaction, he shared his journey of becoming the national champion, his views about the various aspects of this particular sport and also explained why still it’s not that popular in India.
