KCP-N leader arrested in Imphal East

way2barak, June 20: Key leader of the proscribed Kangleipak Communist Party-Noyon (KCP-N) group is arrested in a successful operation conducted on Wednesday night.

The 53-year-old leader, Kharibam Surchandra Singh alias Telheiba, was apprehended from Imphal East.
