Karimganj Police recovers heroin worth ₹5 crore packed in 49 soap cases

way2barak, Sept.18: The war against drugs launched by Assam Police is still continuing. In an operation led by Additional Superintend of Police (HQ), 690 grams of heroin packed in 49 soap cases worth at least Rs. 5 crores were recovered in Patharkandi Police Station area today evening. One person was arrested in this connection.
