Illegal Aadhar Card centre busted in Assam

Oct. 9: Assam seems to march ahead in terms of illegal activities. On Saturday, acting on on specific inputs, a team of Assam Police raided an illegal Aadhar card centre in Dibrugarh. A man identified as Khalil Rahman was reportedly running the illegal Aadhar enrollment centre in the area by collecting Rs 350 to 500 per people. The centre remained functional on a daily basis from 6 PM to 10 PM. However, the culprits managed to flee the spot when the police conducted the raid. Police assured that the culprits associated with this crime would be nabbed very soon.
