Huge number of 301 patients discharged in Assam, active cases goes down to 1844

June 9: A total of 301 patients were discharged on Tuesday from different hospitals of Assam. This indeed seems to be a great relief for the state. With this, the number of discharged patients in Assam has gone upto 1085. Further, the number of active cases has also come down to 1844.

Sharing this information, State Health Minister, Himanta Biswa Sarma tweeted, “In what’s a BIG day and HUGE relief glad to share that 301 of our friends who defeated #COVID are discharged today. Kudos to GREAT work by our doctors and medical staff.” However, the minister refrained from providing district wise break-up of the 301 patients discharged on Tuesday.
