Holy Cross keeps up its tradition, all students of Arts & Science gets 1st division in HS

July 31: The Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) declared the results of the class 12 examinations of 2021 on 31 July, 2021, as per the evaluation method suggested by a government committee. The results have been declared without holding the examination due to COVID-19 pandemic. This time, no position holder was declared. In Arts stream, 98.93 pass percentage recorded while 99.06 percent students passed in Science stream and in Commerce stream, 99.57 pass percentage recorded this year.

Keeping up to its tradition, Holy Cross HS School, Silchar performed well in HS Final examinations, 2021. Cent percent students passed in all the two streams. In Science stream, a total of 75 students appeared, out of which, all 75 of them passed in 1st division. Out of them, 403 letters in different subjects were secured by the students of Science stream of Holy Cross.

Letters in Science stream:

• Physics: 69
• Chemistry: 68
• English: 69
• Alternative English: 66
• Mathematics: 64
• Biology: 57
• Computer Science: 08
• Bengali: 02

In Arts stream, a total of 63 students appeared, out of which, all of them were placed in 1st division.  A total of 224 letters in different subjects were secured by the students of Arts stream of Ramanuj.

• English: 41
• Alternative English: 41
• Logic & Philosophy: 38
• Economics: 40
• History: 22
• Political Science: 42
