Heart Care Society observes women’s heart care month in Silchar

Feb. 28: Women’s Heart Care Month was observed by Heart Care Society of Assam, Barak Valley Chapter and Madan Mohan Akhra at Madan Mohan Akhra, Tarapur.

Renowned Cardiologists, Dr. P.C.Sarma, President of HCSA, Barak Valley Chapter and State Vice President, and Dr.Ahmed Hussain Chowdhury, General Secretary of HCSA, Barak Valley Chapter were present as resource speakers.

The programme was presided over by Pinak Kanti Chakraborty, Joint Secretary of HCSA, State & Barak Valley Chapter. Executive Member of HCSA Barak Valley Chapter, CA ,Shibabrata Dutta compered the entire programme.

From HCSA, Barak Valley Chapter, Ashim Bhattacharjee and members from Madan Mohan Akhra were present. The entire program was divided into two parts– CPR: Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation and Question Answer session. Doctors demonstrated the various process as regards to cardiac pulmonary function.
