Health Camp organised by Friends Group & Bimalangshu Roy Foundation

February 18: A free health check up camp was organised by a popular NGO of Ward No.10 ‘Friends Group’. The said health camp was organised by the Friends Group in collaboration with Bimalangshu Roy Foundation. A total of 80 patients were examined in the said health camp.

Eminent physicians Dr. Rajdeep Roy and Dr. Jayanta Bhattachajee examined the patients in the health camp. Speaking during the occasion, Suraj Paul President of Friends Group said, “They since the birth of their NGO has been trying to do something or the other for the needy people of the society. This year we have organised this health camp in association with Bimalangshu Roy Foundation.”

Suraj Paul further informed that they were also planning to distribute free medicines among the patients. As regards future planning, members of Friends Group said that in future too they will be organising events that would prove beneficial for the society.
