Gunotsav 2023 to be held in 3 phases in Assam; Kxj & Hkd in Jan & Cachar in Feb

way2barak, Dec.9: Assam Government has notified the dates of Gunotsav 2023 to be held in three phases in all the 33 districts of the state. As per the notification, the 1st phase will be held on 19, 20 & 21 January in 13 districts. The 2nd phase of Gunotsav will be held on 2, 3 & 4 February in 10 districts. The remaining 10 districts will go for Gunotsav on 16, 17 & 18 February.

The 13 districts which will conduct Gunotsav on 19, 20 & 21 January are: Barpeta, Golaghat, Karimganj, Hojai, Kamrup, Kokrajhar, Lakhimpur, Majuli, Morigaon, Sivasagar, South Salmara-Mancachar, Tinsukia and Udalguri.

On 2, 3 & 4 February Gunotsav will be held in Baksa, Chirang, Charaideo, Dhubri, Dima Hasao, Hailakandi, Jorhat, Kamrup (M), Sonitpur and West Karbi Anglong.

Finally, the remaining 10 districts: Biswanath, Bongaigaon, Darrang, Dhemaji, Dibrugarh, Goalpara, Karbi Anglong, Cachar, Nagaon and Nalbari will go for Gunotsav on 16, 17 & 18 February.
