Fully vaccinated people need not undergo Covid test at airports & railway stations in Assam
June 26: From now onwards, all those who have received two doses of Covid-19 vaccine need not undergo mandatory testing on arrival at airports and railway stations in Assam. Such passengers shall have to produce a valid vaccination certificate.
The order issued by the Principal Secretary to the health and family welfare department stated, “It is hereby ordered that people who have been vaccinated with two doses of COVID vaccine, shall be exempted from mandatory testing on arrival at airports or railway stations in Assam from outside the state provided they produce a valid certificate depicting the fully vaccinated status of person with two doses of COVID vaccine.”
