Former minister & Congress leader Rakibul Hussain tests positive

August 1: Former Assam Minister and Vice President of Assam Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC), Rakibul Hussain was detected as COVID-19 positive on Sunday. His wife and another relative were also detected COVID positive. In a social media post on Sunday evening, Rakibul Hussain wrote, “I have been tested positive of Covid19 just a few minutes back. Request everyone who came in contact with me in last 4 days to get themselves tested.’
