Fire breaks out at Silchar Circuit House Road

March 1: After 60 hours of the devastating fire at Panpatty, another such incident occurred at Silchar Circuit House Road on Monday night. The incident of fire took place opposite Silchar District Library. Eye witnesses revealed that those who sell sugarcane juice usually dump the sugarcane waste over there. The fire ignited somehow from the waste of sugarcane dump. However, as there were no residential buildings over there, so the impact of fire was not severe. Meanwhile, fire brigades also rushed to the spot and gradually brought the fire under control.
