প্রদীপ দত্তরায়ের সঙ্গে উসকানিতে সুস্মিতা-রাজেনও! প্রাক্তন আলফার মামলা
FIR against 7 including Susmita by Former ULFA

৫ নভেম্বরঃ প্রদীপ দত্তরায়ের সঙ্গে একই মামলায় একই মামলায় অভিযুক্ত হলেন কংগ্রেস সাংসদ সুস্মিতা দেব, কেন্দ্রীয় মন্ত্রী রাজেন গোঁহাই। অভিযোগ, তাঁরাও উস্কানিমূলক বক্তব্য রেখে চলেছেন। কংগ্রেস বিধায়ক কমলাক্ষ দে পুরকায়স্থ এবং বিজেপি বিধায়ক শিলাদিত্য দেবকে-ও এই মামলায় অভিযুক্ত করেছে ‘ইউনাইটেড ফ্রন্ট অব ফরমার আলফা’। সোমবার শিলচর সদর থানায় সাতজনের নামে এজাহার দাখিল করে অখ্যাত এই সংগঠনের সাধারণ সম্পাদক এনামূল হক লস্কর। অন্য অভিযুক্তরা  হলেন প্রাক্তন মন্ত্রী সিদ্দেক আহমেদ ও চন্দন সরকার। এজাহারে এনামূল বলেন, এইসব নেতারা উস্কানিমূলক বক্তব্য রেখে বিভিন্ন জনগোষ্ঠী, ভাষিক গোষ্ঠী ও ধর্মাবলম্বীদের মধ্যে বিভেদ সৃষ্টি করে চলেছেন।  তাঁদের এইসব মন্তব্যের জন্যই তিনসুকিয়ায় ৫ নিরীহ গ্রামবাসীকে প্রাণ দিতে হয়েছে।

পুলিশ জানিয়েছে, এফআইআর গ্রহণ করা হয়েছে। প্রাথমিক তদন্তের পর প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা হবে।

প্রাক্তন আলফা-র মূল অভিযোগ আকসা-র প্রতিষ্ঠাতা সভাপতি প্রদীপ দত্তরায়ের বিরুদ্ধে। সকলের নাম উল্লেখ করেও এফআইআর-এ আলাদা করে বলা হয়েছে, প্রদীপবাবু বরাক-ব্রহ্মপুত্রের মধ্যে বিভাজনের ষড়যন্ত্র করছেন। শান্তি বজায় রাখতে তার বিরুদ্ধে দ্রুত ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ জরুরি। প্রদীপবাবুর বিরুদ্ধে এর আগে দিসপুর থানাতেও একটি মামলা দায়ের হয়। দুর্নীতি নিবারণ মঞ্চ নামে এক এনজিও প্রদীপ দত্তরায়, শিলাদিত্য দেব, চন্দন সরকার সহ ৫জনের বিরুদ্ধে উসকানির অভিযোগে এজাহার দিয়েছেন। প্রদীপবাবু বলেন, এখন তো মাত্র ২টি। বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় আন্দোলনের সময় ৫৬টি মামলা লড়তে হয়েছিল।

বরাক উপত্যকাতেও যারা একসময়ের আলফা বলে নিজেদের দাবি করছেন, তাদের সংগঠনের অবস্থাটা এফআইআর-এর দিকে চোখ রাখলে স্পষ্ট ধরা পড়ে। ভুল বানান, ভুল বাক্য। এমনকী, যে সিলটি ব্যবহার করেছেন সাধারণ সম্পাদক, তাতেও ভুল নজরে পড়ে।

November 5: In a sensational development, an organization called, United Front of Former ULFA lodged a FIR against 7 political leaders for ‘instigating’ comments. The Barak Valley Zonal Committee of United Front of Former ULFA filed a formal complaint at Silchar Sadar police Station on Monday accusing them of ‘hate speech’, which ultimately culminated in the killing of 5 persons at Tinsukia on last Thursday.

The 7 political leaders against whom FOR was lodges at Silchar includes Silchar MP, Sushmita Dev, All Cachar Karimganj Hailakandi Students Association (ACKHSA) founder Pradip Dutta Roy, BJP MLA Shiladitya Dev, Union Minister of State for Railways Rajen Gohain, former minister Siddeque Ahmed, Congress MLA Kamalkhya Dey Purkaystha and former minister Chandan Sarkar . The said FIR was lodged by Anamul Hoque Laskar, General Secretary of the organization.

In the FIR, it was alleged that these political leaders through their instigating speeches has created a division among the ethnic, linguistic and religious communities of Assam. It was further alleged that it was due to their hate speech that 5 common men had to lose their lives at Tinsukia.

All of them have been charged of conducting criminal conspiracy and causing disharmony by hate speech under section 120 (b) and 153 of Indian Panel Code. Meanwhile, police has informed that they have registered the FIR. Action on the FIR will be taken only after preliminary investigation.

The language of the FIR gives a sense the main accused as per Former ULFAs complaint is Pradip Dutta Roy. It has been stated in the written complaint that Pradip Dutta Roy has caused a division between Barak and Brahmaputra Valley. In order to maintain peace and tranquility, action against Dutta Roy should be taken. It needs mention here that, another complaint was lodged against Mr. Dutta Roy in Dispur Police Station, a few days ago. Speaking to way2barak, Mr. Dutta Roy said that it is nothing new for him. During the time of agitation for establishing a university at Silchar, 56 cases were registered against him.

The organization which has claimed itself to be former ULFA in Barak Valley seems like an unorganized and inept group. The truth of this assertion can be justified if one looks carefully at the content of their FIR. Not only many spellings but sentence framing is also incorrect. Even the name of their own association written beneath the signature of the General Secretary is wrong.
