Parimal Shuklabaidya visits Borjalenga block, urges people to exhibit Covid appropriate behaviour

May 17: The second outbreak of the Corona epidemic has taken a terrible turn across the country. In that context, on Monday, Assam government’s Fisheries,Excise, Forest and Environment Minister Parimal Suklabaidya visited different areas of the Borjalenga block of Dholai assembly constituency abiding total Covid protocol and social distance.

Expressing deep concern over the current situation of the Covid Pandemic, Minister Parimal Shuklabaidya urged the people to abide by the rules and regulations issued by the government in this connection. The minister urged upon the people not to leave the house unnecessarily and always be keen on maintaining social distance over wearing a mask.

He addressed the people of the area maintaining social distance at Irongmara Market in the morning and thanked everyone for re-electing him as MLA from Dholai Assembly and get reappointed as the Cabinet Minister of the state with the blessings of the people of Dholai. He said, ” I was not able to communicate formally with everyone due to second outbreak of Corona Pandemic. But you all are in my heart. This is my birthplace and I offer my salutations to this soil.” so he personally followed the protocol and visits Irongmara, Chotojalena, Borjalenga. He also visited West Jalenga, Dwarbond , Loharbond Bazar, Bordukan, Bagbahar, Mallikshit, areas and sought blessings from the peoples and requested them to follow Covid protocols in this terrible time by wearing masks regularly, sanitizing their hands and maintain social distance properly.

Speaking on the occasion, Minister Parimal Suklabaidya said that the government is constantly working hard to protect the people of the country. He also said that after the Corona Pandemic gets over, he would visit all the booths in the Borjalenga block and work with all to develop the Borjalenga block and also committed to continue to work for the people of the constituency.

Minister Parimal Suklabaidya was accompanied by BJP Borjalenga Mandal president Sushil Ranjan Dhar, Borjalenga Block Anchalik president Subudh Das, West Dholai ZP member Lakshmi Rani Yadav, Cachar district Yuva Morcha media in-charge Mohitosh Tanti, Irongmara GP president Prabir Bhattacharjee, Jyoti Ranjan Dey among others.
