Dream Celebration conducts seminar on ‘Traffic Rules & Road Safety Measures’

Jan. 8: A seminar on ‘Traffic Rules and Road Safety Measures’ was organised by Dream Celebration in Silchar on Thursday. The resource persons of the occasion were Superintendent of Police Cachar, District Transport Officer, Advocate Sumita Som, renowned entrepreneur Vivek Poddar and Partha Sarathi Bhattacharjee- Secretary of District Legal Service Authority.

Dream Celebration since its inception has been conducting various projects on Free Women Self Defense in association with Taekwondo Association supported by Rotary Club of Silchar, Free education coaching to the board students of Barak Valley etc.

Awards were also given during the day to International Human Rights Council Cachar District Board, Rotary Club of Silchar, Lions Club of Silchar Greater, Taekwondo Association and different media houses. Prizes were also given to the participants of offline Art Competition organised earlier by Dream Celebration. In this connection, a cultural programme highlighting the issue of social activities was performed by Nrityalayam, Nirban and The Fit Female Dance Academy.

Speaking during the occasion, Nikita Banik, President of Dream Celebration thanked Superintendent of Police, Cachar, Rotary and Rotaract Club, Taekwondo Association, Civil Service Achievers’ Point, DK Science Plaza institution, District Legal Service Authority, Silchar Medical College and Hospital for their relentless support.

Dream Celebration has been working with the objectives of Anti Drugs awareness, Women Empowerment, Skill & Personality Development of Youths and Blood Donation Movement.
