অনুমতি ছাড়া রান্না করা খাবার বিলিতে নিষেধাজ্ঞাDistribution of cooked food without prior permission prohibited in Cachar
তিনি জানিয়েছেন, কেউ রান্না করা খাবার দিতে চাইলে আগেই সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষের অনুমতি নিতে হবে এবং খাদ্য সুরক্ষা পরিদর্শকের অনুজ্ঞা ছাড়া খাবার বিতরণ করা যাবে না । এ বিষয়ে আগ্রহী ব্যক্তি আবেদনের জন্য covid19helpcachar@gmail.com এ যোগাযোগ করতে পারেন। প্রয়োজনীয় অনুমোদনের জন্য এবং খাদ্য সুরক্ষা শংসাপত্রের জন্য সংশ্লিষ্টরা কাছাড়ের যুগ্ম স্বাস্থ্য সঞ্চালকের অফিসের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে পারেন। এই আদেশ লঙ্ঘন হলে দুর্যোগ ব্যবস্থাপনা আইনের ৫১ অনুচ্ছেদ, আইপিসির ১৮৮ ধারা এবং খাদ্য সুরক্ষা ও স্ট্যান্ডার্ড আইনের অধীনে ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা হবে।
April 27: In a fresh notification issued by the Deputy Commissioner, Cachar on Monday, it was stated that the district administration has found that various organisations & NGOs are distributing cooked food to the people during the ongoing lockdown in the backdrop of the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic. In order to maintain the safety measures, the administration has notified that without prior certification from Food Safety Inspectors, such cooked food cannot be distributed as a means of relief in Cachar district.
It was further informed that those organisations, NGOs, etc. willing to distribute cooked food during the lockdown should apply online at at covid19helpcachar@gmail.com prior to such distribution for necessary approval. Further, for food certificate, the concerned persons, organisations, NGOs etc. may contact with office of the Joint Director of Health Services, Silchar, Cachar. Violation of this order is subject to punishment under Section 51 of Disaster Management Act, 2005, Section 188 of IPC & also under Food Safety & Standard Act, 2006. This order will come into force with immediate effect.
