Deptt. of Physics, Assam Univ to organise International Conference from 31 Aug to 1 Sept

August 24: An International Conference on Dust in Astrophysics (ICDA-2020) has been organised by the Department of Physics, Assam University, Silchar. The conference will be held from 31 August to 1 September, 2020.

This conference is a part of the silver jubilee celebration of the Department and will be conducted through the online video-conferencing application. Four speakers have been invited to deliver the talks. They are Dr. Evgenij S. Zubko from Kyung Hee University, South Korea; Dr. Ekaterina Chornaya from the Institute of Applied Astronomy, Russian Academy of Sciences, Russia; Dr. Shashikiran Ganesh from the Physical Research Laboratory, Ahmedabad, India; and Dr. Biman J. Medhi from Gauhati University, Assam, India.

Teachers, PhD scholars, and M. Sc. students having Astrophysics background can register through the link https://rb.gy/aznyyr. The deadline for registration is August 27, 2020.
