DC Cachar visits Kalain to inspect the functioning of educational institutions & health centre

way2barak, Oct.22: Deputy Commissioner, Cachar, Rohan Kumar Jha visited Kalain MV School and Kalain ME Madrassa under Katigorah Education Block on Friday to inspect the functioning of these schools by ensuring that the students are given due attention by the teachers and that proper implementation of MDM Scheme is done. He also instructed the school authorities to ensure that smooth discharge of teaching – learning activities are done by ensuring proactive engagement with the guardians.

During the day, the Deputy Commissioner, Cachar also visited Kalain CHC and inspected various sections of this health centre/ hospital including Labour Room, OPD, laboratory etc and took stock of the medical facilities being provided to the patients.
