DC Cachar chairs DLCC meeting, urges all security agencies to keep vigil during Puja

Oct. 15: A meeting of the District Level Consultative Committee (DLCC) was held on Thursday in the conference hall of the Deputy Commissioner, Cachar. The meeting was chaired by Keerthi Jalli, Deputy Commissioner. She requested the authorities of all the security and Intelligence Agencies including District Police Administration to maintain strict vigil and ensure that no anti social activities takes place. In the meeting, present law and order situation in the district was also discussed in details. She requested all concerned to keep a close eye on any suspicious activities trying to derail the forthcoming Puja festivities.
