Covid vaccines to be administered at 6 centres in Silchar on 16 September

Sept. 15: Dr Reema Patao, Medical Officer of Urban Family Welfare Unit, Silchar on Wednesday stated that on-spot vaccination session will take place at seven centres in Silchar on Thursday. Out of the six centres, Covishield will be administered in 6 places. A total of 1,500 doses of Covishield will be administered on 16 September in Silchar town.

The 6 vaccination centres where Covishield will be provided are:

  1. SM Dev Civil Hospital, Silchar (CVC-1): Only 1st dose (250 shots) will be given on the basis of on-spot registration. That means, a total of 250 doses of Covishield will be administered in this centre on 16 September.
  2. SM Dev Civil Hospital, AAMSA House, Silchar (CVC-2): Here, only 2nd dose (250 shots) will be given on the basis of on-spot registration. That means, a total of 250 doses of Covishield will be given in this centre on 16 September.
  3. Ramanuj Gupta Vidya Mandir, Chencoorie Road (CVC-1): Both 1st dose (100 shots) and 2nd dose (150 shots) will be given on the basis of on-spot registration. That means, a total of 250 doses of Covishield will be administered in this centre on 16 September.
  4. Ramanuj Gupta Vidya Mandir, Chencoorie Road (CVC-2): Both 1st dose (100 shots) and 2nd dose (150 shots) will be given on the basis of on-spot registration. That means, a total of 250 doses of Covishield will be administered in this centre on 16 September.
  5. Niranjan Paul Institute, College Road, Silchar (CVC-1): Both 1st dose (100 shots) and 2nd dose (150 shots) will be given on the basis of on-spot registration. That means, a total of 250 doses of Covishield will be given in this centre on 16 September.
  6. Niranjan Paul Institute, College Road, Silchar (CVC-2): Both 1st dose (100 shots) and 2nd dose (150 shots) will be given on the basis of on-spot registration. That means, a total of 250 doses of Covishield will be given in this centre on 16 September.
