Covid vaccination programme for armed forces to be started in Cachar from Wednesday

March 8: Covid vaccination programme for the Indian army, Indian Air force, BSF and CRPF personnel will be held in Urban Primary Health center at Trunk road, Silchar from Wednesday, that is, from 10 March, 2021 onwards.

Issuing a letter to this effect on Monday, Immunization Officer Cachar, Dr Sumana Naiding stated that Covid vaccine will be administered to the Indian army, Indian Air force including BSF and CRPF personnel at the above mentioned venue from 10 AM to 5 PM from Wednesday.

It is pertinent to mention here that Covid vaccination programme for senior citizens has already been started at All Assam Medical Service Association house at SM Dev Civil Hospital from Monday and will be continued until further orders.
