COVID-19: Joint meeting held between DC Karimganj & DM North Tripura in Churaibari

May 19: In the backdrop of the outbreak of coronavirus pandemic, a joint meeting was held between Anbamuthan MP, Deputy Commissioner of Karimganj and District Magistrate of North Tripura (Dharmanagar) on Tuesday. The meeting between the 2 district heads was held in Churaibari. The main issue which came up for discussion was the movement of trucks through Assam – Tripura border check post. It was decided to ensure fast movement of goods truck. Many issues, such as, data sharing, screening etc. were also solved during the joint meeting.
