Cachar Foods and Civil Supply Department fixes price of essential commodities

July 6: Foods and Civil Supply Department has published the details of stock and fixed the prices of wholesale as well as retail essential commodities in Cachar district on Monday.

It was informed that stock in transit of rice is 89,850 quintals,whereas the wholesale price of rice (common) is between Rs 2600 to Rs 2800 and it’s retail price is between Rs 31 to Rs 33. The wholesale price of rice (fine) will remain between Rs 2800 to Rs 2900 and it’s retail price is between Rs 33 to 34. The wholesale price of rice (super fine) will be between Rs 3300 to 9000 and its retail price is between Rs 37 to Rs 94.  As per the report, the stock will cover a period of 45 days.

The stock of mosoor dal (small) mosoor dal (medium) and mosoor dal (big) are 24,277 quintals and the wholesale price of mosoor Dal (small) shall be Rs 9300 to Rs 9800 and it’s retail price is between Rs 98 to Rs 103. The wholesale price of mosoor Dal (medium) is between 7700 to 8000 and it’s retail price is between Rs 83 to Rs 86. The wholesale price of mosoor Dal (big) is between Rs 7400 to Rs 7600 and it’s retail price is between Rs 79 to Rs 81. As per the report, the stock will cover a period of 121 days.

The stock of mung dal (special) is 546 quintals and it’s wholesale price is between Rs 12000 to Rs 12500, its retail price is between Rs 130 to Rs 148.  As per the report, the stock will cover a period of 121 days.

The stock of arhar dal and arhar (special) is 1519 quintals. The wholesale price of arhar Dal is between Rs 7200 to Rs 7500 and it’s retail price is between Rs Rs 77 to Rs 80. The wholesale price of Arhar special is between Rs 8500 to Rs 9500 and it’s retail price is between Rs 90 to Rs 100. As per the report, the stock will cover a period of 76 days.

The stock of Gram dal is 913 quintals. The wholesale price is between Rs 5800 to Rs 6200mand it’s retail price is between Rs 63 to 67. As per the report, the stock will cover a period of 18 days.

The stock of sugar is 9570 quintals and the wholesale price will be between Rs 3800 to Rs 3880. Its retail price is between Rs 42 to Rs 43. As per the report, the stock will cover a period of 19 days.
