Darak Ullah to be new District & Session Judge of Cachar

১১ অক্টোবর: বিচারক দারক উল্লাহ কাছাড়ের নতুন জেলা ও দায়রা বিচারক হিসেবে দায়িত্ব নিতে চলেছেন। তিনি বর্তমানে শোণিতপুর জেলার অতিরিক্ত দায়রা বিচারক পদে দায়িত্ব পালন করছেন।

কাছাড়ের জেলা ও দায়রা বিচারক সমরেন্দ্র দে আগামী ৩১ অক্টোবর অবসর নিতে চলেছেন। এর মধ্যে বিচারক দারক উল্লাহকে শোণিতপুরের দায়ভার বুঝিয়ে দিয়ে কাছাড়ে চলে আসতে গৌহাটি হাইকোর্ট নির্দেশ দিয়েছে।

October 11: Darak Ullah will be the new District and Session Judge of Cachar, Silchar. He will be replacing Samarjit Dey who will retire on 30 October 2018. Darak Ullah is at present posted as Additional District and Session Judge of Sonitpur.

In a notification issued by M.K. Kalita, Registrar (Vigilance) of Gauhati High Court, it was stated that “in exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-section 2 of Section 9 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the High Court is pleased to appoint Darak Ullah as the Sessions Judge of the Sessions Division/jurisdiction with headquarter Silchar.” Darak Ullah will be joining as District and Session Judge of Cachar, Silchar on 30 October 2018.
