BSF apprehends 2 peddlers, recovers 20,000 Yaba tablets worth ₹1 crore

Nov. 9: In a major success based on specific intelligence output, Border Security Force (BSF) troops apprehended two miscreants. BSF recovered from their possession Yaba tablets worth ₹1 crore. Apart from this, three mobile handsets and a brand new motorcycle was also seized. The two peddlers were attempting to hand over the contraband items to another party in Rongpur Bazar between Silchar & Jiribam when the BSF troops apprehended them. They were later on handed over to the Police.
