Big achievement: Cachar bags 1st position for innovation & best practices in skill development plan

May 22: Yet it’s another big achievement for Cachar district administration. In a significant development, Cachar has been selected as the best district in the state to receive the prestigious district development plan awards for the year 2020-2021. This laurel for excellence has been bestowed upon Cachar for the District Skill Development  Plan Awards 2020-21, for innovation & best practices in skill development plan.

In a letter addressed to the Chief Secretary of Assam, Secretary to the Ministry of Skill Development, Govt of India on 18 May, 2022 stated that the Deputy Commissioner, Cachar, Keerthi Jalli to receive this award from the hands of the Minister of Education, Skill development & entrepreneurship on DSDP awards ceremony at Dr Ambedkar International Center, New Delhi on 9 June, 2022 on behalf of Cachar administration.
