Assam University Joins PM’s Vision for ‘Viksit Bharat’ in Post-Budget Dialogue
বাজেট নিয়ে শিক্ষা মন্ত্রকের ওয়েবিনারে অংশ নিল আসাম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ও

ওয়ে টু বরাক, ৯ মার্চ : কেন্দ্রীয় শিক্ষা মন্ত্রকের উদ্যোগে ‘কেন্দ্রীয় বাজেট ২০২৬–২৭’ নিয়ে আয়োজিত এক ওয়েবিনারে অংশ নিলেন আসাম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের বাণিজ্য প্রশাসন বিভাগের পড়ুয়ারা। সোমবার আয়োজিত এই ওয়েবিনারের মূল বিষয় ছিল ‘শিক্ষা, দক্ষতা ও বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় টাউনশিপ : বিকশিত ভারত @২০৪৭-এর পথে’। এতে দেশের বিভিন্ন উচ্চশিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের শিক্ষার্থীরা অংশ নিয়ে কেন্দ্রীয় বাজেটে শিক্ষা, দক্ষতা উন্নয়ন ও শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠানের অবকাঠামো সংক্রান্ত ঘোষণাগুলির বাস্তবায়ন নিয়ে আলোচনা করেন। ‘সবকা সাথ, সবকা বিকাশ – মানুষের আকাঙ্ক্ষা পূরণের পথে’ শীর্ষক ধারাবাহিক কর্মসূচির অঙ্গ হিসেবেই এই ওয়েবিনারের আয়োজন করে কেন্দ্রীয় উচ্চশিক্ষা বিভাগ।

শুরুতে সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়ের ওপর আলোকপাত করে বক্তব্য রাখেন প্রধানমন্ত্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদি। এরপর বিভিন্ন গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নীতিগত বিষয় নিয়ে পৃথক আলোচনা পর্ব অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। এসব আলোচনার মধ্যে ছিল শিক্ষা থেকে কর্মসংস্থানের সংযোগ স্থাপন, সৃজনশীল শিল্পের বিকাশ, বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় টাউনশিপ গঠন, স্টেম (STEM) শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠানে ছাত্রীদের জন্য আবাসনের ব্যবস্থা এবং দিব্যাঙ্গদের দক্ষতা উন্নয়ন কর্মসূচি ‘দিব্যাঙ্গজন কৌশল যোজনা’।

এই ওয়েবিনারে অংশগ্রহণের মাধ্যমে আসাম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের এমবিএ শিক্ষার্থীরা জাতীয় নীতিনির্ধারণের দিকনির্দেশনা, অর্থনৈতিক উন্নয়নে উচ্চশিক্ষার ভূমিকা এবং দক্ষতাভিত্তিক শিক্ষার গুরুত্ব সম্পর্কে মূল্যবান ধারণা লাভ করেন।

Way2barak, March 9 : Students of the Department of Business Administration at Assam University participated in a webinar organized by the Ministry of Education, Government of India on the Union Budget 2026–27. The webinar, held on Monday, focused on the theme “Education, Skill Development and University Townships: Towards Viksit Bharat @2047.”

Students from various higher educational institutions across the country joined the webinar and discussed the implementation of announcements made in the Union Budget concerning education, skill development, and infrastructure development in educational institutions. The programme was organized by the Department of Higher Education under the series titled “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas – Fulfilling People’s Aspirations.”

At the beginning of the event, Narendra Modi highlighted the key aspects of the theme in his address. This was followed by separate discussion sessions on several important policy issues. The discussions included topics such as strengthening the link between education and employment, promoting the creative industry, developing university townships, providing hostel facilities for female students in STEM institutions, and the skill development initiative for persons with disabilities known as Divyangjan Kaushal Yojana.

By participating in the webinar, MBA students of Assam University gained valuable insights into national policy directions, the role of higher education in economic development, and the growing importance of skill-based education.
