Assam registers 7 more deaths due to COVID-19 on Monday, toll goes upto 875

Oct. 19: On Monday, Assam registered 07 more deaths due to COVID-19. With this, the death toll in the state has now reached 875. This was confirmed in a tweet by State Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma. The 07 deceased were identified as:

• Premodhar Baruah (90) of Jorhat
• Lakheswari Gogoi (70) of Golaghat
• Jagdish Pd Agarwal (92) of Tinsukia
• Khanindra Mohan Goswami (62), Thakur Das Paul (60), Prabha Bala Baishya (65) & Farida Bhermat (42) of Kamrup Metro
