Assam BJP announces office bearers for 2021-23; Dr Rajdeep Roy elevated as VP

Aug. 18: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Assam Pradesh has announced the names of state office bearers for 2021-23 on Wednesday. Apart from elevating some of the earlier office bearers, there have been some new inclusions also. The list of the new office bearers was issued by BJP State President Bhabesh Kalita. A total of four persons from Barak Valley have found their place in the list of new office bearers of BJP. They are: Dr Rajdeep Roy of Cachar (Vice President), Kanad Purkayastha of Cachar (Secretary), Moon Swarnakar of Karimganj (SC Morcha President) and Rajdeep Goala of Cachar (Spokesperson).
