Arundhati Paul Chowdhury Awarded Gold Medal for Academic Excellence at Assam University

way2barak, 19 Jan : Arundhati Paul Chowdhury of the Department of Ecology and Environmental Science was conferred the prestigious Gold Medal for securing First Class First in her postgraduate programme at Assam University, Silchar. The award was formally handed over by the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Rajive Mohan Pant.

The Gold Medal is awarded in recognition of exceptional academic excellence, and Arundhati Paul Chowdhury earned this distinction through her consistent and outstanding performance throughout her master’s degree.

Currently, Arundhati is pursuing her PhD in the Department of Ecology and Environmental Science under the guidance of Prof. Arun Jyoti Nath.

Arundhati Paul Chowdhury is the daughter of Ranojoy Paul Chowdhury and Aarti Paul Chowdhury. Her success has brought immense pride to her family. Faculty members of the department lauded her academic accomplishments and expressed confidence that her ongoing research will contribute meaningfully to environmental conservation and sustainable development.
