Another man dies in detention camp

January 04: The 29th person to have died in the detention camp in Assam is Naresh Koch, a person in his mid-50s. Koch was lodged in the Goalpara detention centre. He was admitted in the Gauhati Medical College & Hospital (GMCH)  after he had fallen ill 10 days back. He breathed his last in GMCH on last Friday. As per reports, around 1000 people are lodged in the six such detention centres of Assam.
