All students of HS 1st year to be promoted to HS 2nd year: AHSEC

June 9: Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC), in a notification issued to all Principals on 9 June, 2022 asked them to promote all the students to HS 2nd year, who had appeared partially or completely or filled up Examination form but not appeared in the HS 1st year examinations. This order was stated by the AHSEC keeping in view the unanticipated natural calamities occurred during the examination schedule and other factors.

However, in pursuance of the earlier notification of AHSEC issued on 7th June, 2022, all the Head of the institution were asked to upload the marks of students (who appeared in HS 1st Year Exam) in the portal meant for that purpose so as to issue Mark-sheet to the students for their future use.
