All Govt & pvt schools & all marriage & community hall requisitioned to set up relief camps: DDMA Cachar

June 20: In view of current wave of flood and for setting up of Relief Camps, various Infrastructures are being requisitioned by District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA), Cachar to deal with it.

With a view to further augment the efforts, the following infrastructure are requisitioned by exercising the powers vested with District Disaster Management Authority under section 34, sub-section (a) and (1) of the Disaster Management Act 2005 for making Relief Camp.

The details of infrastructure are as follows:

1. All Govt. & Private Schools within Cachar District.

2. All Private Marriage Hall/ Community Hall etc. within Cachar District.
