AICTE to train 1,00,000 students across India in digital disaster management tools in online mode
June 1: The United Nations Climate Change Report released on February 27, 2022, has highlighted the increasing climate disasters awaiting all parts of the world due to global warming. To prepare students and the nation for emergencies, AICTE has launched the national call for the Global Digital Corps FieldOps Fellowship to select and train 1,00,000 students across India in digital disaster management tools used by government authorities and recognised by the United Nations.
Students shall learn how the government departments operate during a disaster and get trained in using digital tools used by disaster management authorities. For any queries, email fieldops@gdc.network. Programme details are given below.
