Ahead of Union Cabinet expansion, 9 Ministers including Harsh Vardhan & Pokhriyal resigns

July 7: Ahead of the Cabinet expansion Union ministers have started submitting their resignations. The Cabinet reshuffle and oath-taking ceremony is scheduled to be held at 6 pm on Wednesday.

The following Union ministers have resigned from their positions so far:

1. Harsh Vardhan, Union health minister
2. Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, Union education minister
3. DV Sadananda Gowda, Union Chemicals and Fertilizers Minister
4. Santosh Gangwar, Labour minister
5. Raosaheb Danve
6. Ratan Lal Kataria
7. Debashree Chaudhari
8. Sanjay Dhotre
9. Ashwini Chaube, MoS Health
