After Laxmii, Akshay Kumar announces his new film ‘Ram Setu’

Nov. 15: Bollywood star Akshay Kumar made a big announcement on the day of Diwali. After Laxmii, his forthcoming film will be “Ram Setu.” Taking to his twitter handle on 14 November, Akshay Kumar wrote, “This Deepawali,let us endeavor to keep alive the ideals of Ram in the consciousness of all Bharatiyas by building a bridge (setu) that will connect generations to come. Taking this mammoth task ahead,here is our humble attempt – #RamSetu Wishing you & yours a very Happy Deepawali!.”

Akshay unveiled the poster of the film, which also has a photo of Lord Ram in the background. In another Hindi tweet, he shared the first-look poster of the film which endeavours to revolve around the ideals of Ram, in an attempt to keep them alive.
