ADC, CO take stock of arrangements at COVID Care Centres in Hailakandi

Sept.6: Additional Deputy Commissioner cum Chief Executive Officer, District Disaster Management Authority, Ranadip Kumar Dam visited COVID Care Centres (CCCs) at Model School and Girls’ Hostel at Aloicherra on Sunday.

Accompanied by Shoma Roy, Circle Officer (Administration), Hailakandi cum Incharge of COVID Care Centres, Dam took stock of the bed arrangements, including food being served to the patients at both the CCCs. Clad in PPE kit, Dam and Roy visited the wards and interacted with the COVID positive patients who responded positively. Both the officials enquired about their health condition and wished them speedy recovery. Dam directed the health personnel to provide the best of medical care and treatment to the patients.

It was at the direction of Deputy Commissioner, Megh Nidhi Dahal, Dam visited the CCCs. On Saturday, Dahal visited the COVID isolation ward at SK Roy Civil Hospital and took stock of the arrangements. Circle Officer, Hailakandi, Tridib Roy accompanied the Deputy Commissioner.
