7 more discharged from Silchar Medical College
June 1: In a recent tweet by State Health Minister, Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma, it was informed that 07 more patients were discharged from Silchar Medical College & Hospital (SMCH) on Monday after they tested negative twice for COVID-19. Earlier, during the day, 01 more patient was discharged from SMCH. On Monday, a total of 8 patients were thus discharged from SMCH. With this, the total number of patients discharged in Assam is 284. That means out of the total of 1463 patients in the state, only 1172 are active cases.
