শত-করোনার জেলায় অষ্টম শ্রেণি পর্যন্ত ক্লাশ বন্ধ
Classes VI to VIII to be closed in districts with 100 Covid cases on particular day

ওয়েটুবরাক, ২৬ এপ্রিল: অসমে করোনার তীব্রতা বেড়ে চলেছে৷ এই সময়ে শিশু-কিশোররা যাতে সংক্রমিত হয়ে না পড়ে, সে জন্য শিক্ষা দফতর অষ্টম শ্রেণি পর্যন্ত ক্লাশ বন্ধের সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে৷ তবে একদিনে যে সব জেলায় একশোর বেশি সংক্রমণের ঘটনা ঘটছে, সেই জেলাগুলিতেই এই সিদ্ধান্ত কার্যকর হবে৷

আগেই অবশ্য এই ধরনের জেলায় পঞ্চম শ্রেণি পর্যন্ত ক্লাশ বন্ধের সিদ্ধান্ত কার্যকর রয়েছে৷ আজ সোমবার তা অষ্টম শ্রেণি পর্যন্ত বর্ধিত করা হল৷

April 26: In view of the present scenario of Covid-19 pandemi,. the government in Education Department has authorised the Deputy Commissioners of the Districts, where active Covid cases have crossed the 100 mark on a particular day, to close down classes from Class VI to VIII in the Educational Institutions (both govt. and Non-Govt.) till 8th May. 2021. However, online classes have to he made available for the concerned students. This was notified by the state government on 26 April and the order shall come into force with immediate effect.

This order is issued in continuation of the earlier notification No.ASE. 01/2020/ Part-11/ 142, dated 17th April, 2021 regarding closure of Classes from Class I to V including Pre-Primary classes in Educational Institutions (Govt. and Non-govt.) in the Districts where the active Covid cases had crossed the 100 mark.
