Passengers violating Covid-19 guidelines to be fined Rs.500: NF Railways

April 17: With increasing number of Covid-19 cases in the country, the  Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) authorities has come up with strict guidelines. From now onwards, a fine of Rs 500 on passengers has been imposed for violating Covid-19 guidelines in railway stations and while travelling by trains. NFR has directed all passengers to travel with minimum luggage and wear face masks and adhere to social distancing while travelling by trains.
